Our Rental Suites
 RCD's
extended product line, was created as a series of show homes
where our clients could come and critique and evaluate our
craftsmanship and workmanship. However, the demand and response
to the homes were so great that we want to further put our
products to the test so we got into the rental business.
Today we still use these homes as our show room with permission
from our tenants. Demand has continued to be high, nevertheless
our team is working effortlessly to accommodate requests we
receive on a daily basis to satisfy demand.
RCD Barbados Ltd., has two fully furnished self-contained
apartments located in the parish of St. Philip. The apartments
are approximately 15 minutes from the Aiport and 25 minutes
from the city of Bridgetown, capital of Barbados. (Click

The two bedroom suites come equipped with air condition, and
complete kitchen appliances as well as en-suite washer and
dryer. The suite also comes with television and stereo systems
for your enjoyment and relaxation.
 The
apartments are 4 minutes drive from the historical and legendary
Sam Lord's Castle, 7 minutes drive from the land mark Crane
Beach hotel deemed as one of the most beautiful places on
earth with it breath taking view and scenery. The suites are
10 minutes walk from the much-advertised Bottom Bay beach
as seen on TV.
There are 8-10 beaches, within walking distance for your villa.
These are: Bottom Bay, Harry Smith or Taylor Bay, Long
Bay, Shark Hall, Beachy Head, Ginger Bay, the Crane beach
and the beautiful and scenic Foul Bay Beach.
Lord's Taxi Service Company is located adjacent to the villa.
There is also the option of renting a vehicle for the duration
of your stay from any rent-a-car company in Barbados. The
suites are rented on a short-term basis ranging from 4 days
to 3 months. 
Rental prices vary, during the summer months prices range
from $75 BDS to $100 BDS per day.
In the winter months, prices range from $95 BDS to
$125 BDS per day.
However, if you are interested in staying for 2 to 3 months,
special prices can be arranged.
Note that 3 pieces of picture identification is required in
cases of damages to property and or fraud for those who refuse
to pay rental fees.
If you are visiting from outside Barbados, you will be picked
up from the Airport to take you to the location. If you live
in Barbados you will be taken to view the property. We suggest
that you bring a bike to cycle your way around. It will be
faster and cheaper method of navigating the areas mention
above. Actually for those living in Barbados this short-term
retreat can be a great get away from stress without actually
leaving Barbados, while enjoying all the amenities of home.

3 minutes walk from the luxurious Crane Beach Hotel on the
south east end of Barbados. This 2 bedroom apartment comes
fully equipped with full bath, en-suite washer, full kitchenette
and all the modern luxuries of home.
The price for this beautiful unit ranges from $ 50 - 75
USD during the winter periods.
